Computer Graphics

We can produce computer graphics as still images and animations. These can be used by manufacturers to vizualize products and procedures.

Models and Prototypes

3D Printing can be used for creating prototypes and models og products. As a company that excels in both computer graphics and 3D printing, we are capable of helping with the full process of creating the 3D prints.

3D Print can be mainly used for the production of:

  • prototypes
  • Models of existing products
  • Models during concept development
  • Stands and jigs for production
  • Molds for casting
  • End-user products (Rapid Manufacturing)

We specialize in the manufacture of prototypes and models where we can leverage our experience in the development of computer graphics, finishing (sanding and painting) and motor control to produce prototypes and models that resemble the final product. We also perform moldings but not injection molding.

We do not end-user products unless it is in very small quantities.


Functional prototypes is one of our specialties. Functional prototypes means that they feel and act as the final product. We use FDM printers. These printers can produce prints in hard materials such as PLA and ABS, but we can also produce soft materials either by 3D printing or using molds.

When creating prototypes print quality is only of very little importance because post-processing eliminates the difference in print-quality. The post-processing is very important, since even the best 3D printers today can not deliver prints with a quality that are ready for end-products (see below).

Production of models of existing products

Production of models is very similar to prototyping with the crucial difference that here the prints will often be of down-scaled models.

The models will usually either be used to put on display or be workable models. In both cases, post-processing is very important, but the functional models may also require things such as electric motors.

Production of models during concept development

3D printing of models during the development process can have an invaluable impact on the finished project. These models can be printed from the early idea phase to final adjustments just before creating the first prototype.

These models can be used successfully in development of a wide range of products, which need not necessarily be produced using 3D printing. This could be things like clothing, kitchenware or sports equipment.

Manufacture of jigs and fixtures for production

Because of our expertise in both the production of 3D graphics and 3D printing, we are the perfect partner to help design and / or produce 3D printed jigs and fixtures for production. This can be planned projects as well as sudden ideas that have to be quickly realized.


During the production of some equipment it is found that a certain jig will be of great help. When we get the measurements and details we will normally be able to deliver a design proposal with 24 hours.

Virtual Reality

Virtual Reality (VR) uses 360 degree images, videos or animations to replicate a real environment using special headsets or VR glasses.

3D glasses combine 3D graphics with what the real world and is called Augmented Reality.

In the aviation industry we can help with:

  • Recording 360 images or videos aircraft, airports or equipment for sales or training material.
  • Animations of future aiplanes or parts for display in headsets.
  • Development of software for 3D glasses (Augmented Reailty), which can allow technicians to view information in the glasses while they work.
